Was messing around with magnets and tried this cool technique on my middle and ring fingers and I think it’s my new favorite. Basically I take a small neodymium magnet (one of the ones you would use the flat end, not the edge of, to get a cat eye) and attach it end-to-end with a standard wand magnet, and hover over the nail so the gap where they join is perpendicular to the middle of my nail, and the wand runs parallel down my finger. Will show pic in comments. My other fingers are done with the Etsy 5D magnet tool.

This is so awesome. Can anyone post a picture of the magnet set up? I’m new to magnetic polishes and I’m having trouble picturing it.

Okay, that is one of the coolest magnet shapes I’ve seen in a hot second.
