Opened a sliding door with my thumb without thinking and my finger slipped… Absolutely brutal, it's so deep down my nail bed too (even deeper than it looks in this photo because I have somewhat long nail beds) at least it wasn't painful or anything, I've definitely had worse nail related injuries before. Ended up doing the teabag hack because it's all I had on hand, feels sturdy under the 9 layers of nail polish I put over it lmao. Here's to hoping it lasts a good couple weeks!

The polish on my un-maimed fingers is somebody’s fool and a couple coats of sheer tint druzy, both by emilydemolly.
