as someone who doesn’t usually do them i want to get into doing my own nails at home with just nail polish since i think its chic and cost effective. the issue is i dont like how it looks on me when i do it. i have short nail beds and i cant grow my nails very long since they’re brittle and just chip/ break (my ring finger already broke partially). but i dont think thats the issue, i think more of it for me is getting into it and finding a color i really like, which i just dont know how to do. any tips?
