Maybe you could try a lip mud! Flower Knows(it’s a Chinese brand though) has really good ones. I’ve also heard good things about the fwee pudding pots.
I love the zero velvet tint by rom&nd, it’s a mousse-like texture that doesn’t feel drying on the lips + it’s quite affordable. I also tried their blur fudge tint and idk if it was the color I got (the black one) but it sits very uneven on my lips and sticks to all the dry skin and wrinkles 🙁

I personally like the cosnori water blurry tint (applies glossy but dries down matte) and peripera over blur tint (for the small but accurate applicator)
I dont recommend the muzigae mansion object liquid because of its heavy rose smell and the espoir blur velvet because it has no staying power, lel
