Cosrx Propolis Toner has gone bad?

Hi,

I’ve been excited to finish my toners so try the CosRx propolis toner but when I opened the box, I first noticed yellow powder collecting at the top of the bottle. When I looked a bit harder, I saw some white, stringy (almost like egg white consistency in water) at the top portion of the bottle. Pics (screenshot of a video, sorry) attached.

I live in a pretty temperate climate so don’t experience any swings in temperature. It also has no been exposed to sunlight.

The safety seal is still on and no where near the labelled expiry/best before date.

Has anybody had the same experience? Or am I just unlucky and this has gone bad?

Not sure if I can find invoice for return (was bought online from StyleKorean just under a year ago).
