I had a lot of fun discussing my Benefit Tickle highlighter “almost pan” with y’all so I’m back with this **Too Faced Natural Eyes palette**. I can’t tell you how long I have had it, but it is from not long after they changed the packaging. For those unfamiliar, they used to be in flat, aluminum (?) packaging. I loved those because they packed well and were a bit more compact. We may have gotten bigger packaging with less product, but I don’t have an old one to compare. Anyway, this is probably my fourth of this palette. It makes a great, business-appropriate light smoky eye that has some warmth (Silk Teddy), which my skin tone needs to keep it from looking too harsh (my issue with the top row).

I saw a post a few minutes ago, where someone asked if folks get anxious when they hit pan. That inspired me to share this because it is probably the one product that I **do** get anxious over because, as you can tell from the photo, I really only use the middle row and occasionally the bottom row. It is tough to justify buying a whole palette just for 1/3 of the product. That’s assuming they still even make it—I haven’t checked in a while since I’m trying to work through my stash.

I also have yet to find suitable dupes for those three shades that are finely milled enough that the shimmer catches the light but doesn’t look like I’m going to a club. (no shade, but I’m 45 so I have to be a bit more careful about such things. If anyone has used these shades and has suggestions, please let me know!

Is it me, or did Reddit formatting stop working? I tried to bold some text in my OP, but it’s just text. 😕

    Omg these colors! Love it!

Ya know, I reread my post this morning and I felt a bit of shame reading about my own shame in wearing shimmery makeup in my forties. I have DEFINITELY seen older women wearing some shimmer and I’ve thought it to be beautiful so idk wtf I was on about.

I say start using Strip Poker (looks like it would make a great bronzer or contour shade or eye shadow!) and Cashmere bunny (omg this shade is heavenly–I can even see it being a great ash for eyebrows) if they work with your coloring.

Ooh, I own this one! I think I got it on like a super sale at Macy’s two years ago. Then I started getting into color analysis and found out that it’s mostly cool toned and I am warm toned. I still like to use it occasionally though.
