Good coverage foundation is the major factor here with a decent highlighter

Lightened eyebrows (maybe the most important part), cool toned brown or mauve lip, thin black tight lined mascara with a thin wing on top only, light contour color under the eyes/on the aegyosal, glowy base, cheek highlighter on top of blush that’s only on the center of the cheek.
