i did this mani yesterday and i absolutely hate it and was about to take it off, when i thought i should document this and at least share it so other people can see for themselves – in case anyone has the same idea, they can see what it looks like!
i recently posted this gorgeous red jelly sandwich with sweetheart taco, and for some reason thought it would be a good idea to try to recreate this but with a blue jelly instead. i thought the hearts would be nice and muted like with the red jelly sandwich, but of course not! theyre pink and holo, theyre going to show up! i think this mani looks awful so i just wanted to share this as a warning basically hahah
something else thats not great is that i wanted to use cirque – morningtide for all the layers but my bottle is super thin because its really old and only 1/3rd is left so it has a lot of thinner in it. so i used aqua jelly as a more opaque base
– basecoat by the dutch department store hema
– cirque colors – aqua jelly, two layers
– holo taco – sweetheart taco
– cirque colors – morningtide, three layers
– seche vite
still not a red bull ad but i realised i had a blue one in the fridge soooooo its a theme
