I was just watching Lael Hansens video on nose jobs although I can’t stand her anymore. I have watched her for a while and its clear that she’s moved towards content where shes ranting and shouting through the entire video while having these over exagerated reactions to treatments that she’s pretending to see for the very first time although she’s been on this space for years.
She’s also adopted this incredibly snobby attitude towards people who do get these treatments constantly saying “WHO would ever do something like that, she must have problems” etc. which truly annoys me because it’s easy for her to say who’s actually incredibly beautiful. Her looks have 100% had a very positive impact on her getting to where she is right now – I’m not saying that hard work wouldn’t be far more important because it is, Im saying that her looks have given her channel an extra boost. Thats just because this is the reality we all unfortunately live in. Of course if we all would just stop following the beauty trends that require any kind of cosmetic work thats ideal, but at least I can’t afford to “take a hit for the team” by resigning from this world as someone who’s 40 this year and who has to do sales. And the expenses problem I have resolved by becoming self sufficient: I have researched and studied the treatments that I do, and do it all myself which gives me the exact results that I’m after with a fraction of the price – this year I have done a big glow up project which would have been around 6000euros with moderate pricing (in US I have heard 1ml filler can be 1000dollars? Where I live its 250euros and the official reputable company I order the filler from is 30euros per 1ml) for the price of 400euros.
And it truly annoys me to have this incredibly beautiful woman expressing her horror and disgust on how on earth would anyone do something like these treatments to herself.
On this video, I was also watching her face very closely. I usually have youtube in the background when I work and rarely focus on watching but now I was having a break – and I swear that woman has botox on her glabella – between the browns. At least, she could easily have on other places too based on how her face moves. During the video, she’s using the same muscles on her forehead that’s used for frowning – except that her glabella doesn’t even move. Try this: first do a normal frowning. And next, try to frown so that your glabella doesn’t move at all. You can’t do it right? I’m sorry but nothing else explains this but botox. And her forehead does look like she’s suing botox on other places too. I have done my botox for so many years that I can pretty much tell, and I know how to achieve from which muscles/injection points this look. And I have a LOT of botox on my face, and can move my eyebrows much more than her.
So what is her message then? She’s disgusted by the treatments when others do them but she’s of course the exception here because of this and that?
I’m just done with this idiotic content that doesn’t educate at all, give information or discuss anything anymore, its nothing but her going through variety of treatments that she’s having over exaggerated reactions on expressing her horror and disgust by shouting. And her constantly talking down on women who “would ever do treatments like this”. It wasn’t like this before but I guess she now found the format that works for her.
