I recently got my nails professionally done by the same nail tech and the last time I went I really liked my nails even though she couldn’t really do the thing I wanted. She can’t do 3d designs or have the gems I wanted. I’m looking at my nails and I’m thinking in my head they look like press ons very cheap nails. And my friend agreed with me.

this was my inspo
It gives chicken salad chick branding vibes and I love it tbh
I don’t think your nails look like press ons, but I do think that they look cheap in the sense that your nail tech doesn’t know what she’s doing. The dots design could have been done better to avoid those weird gaps of color, making the design look more balanced, the cuticle area needs work, such as on the thumb, it looks like she didn’t go all the way down to the cuticle making the color that did reach the cuticle, look opaque, choppy & sloppy.
It’s not a bad set, but I do recommend finding a nail tech that can give you the designs you want!
As a nail tech, we may not be able to do it all & that’s okay! We all don’t need to know how to do 3D designs & all of that, but it does limit our potential clientele so your tech is hurting herself in that sense if she’s not practicing more complex designs that are really popular right now.
So pretty 🖤🤍
Nope, cute!
They look great to me. I like whimsical nails but if you’re more clean girl or baddie aesthetic then they look cheap. But if this is right up your alley then they look great.
If I had to give a criticism maybe should have filed at the cuticle more but that me reaching.
They look good. Maybe just more simple than you planned. It doesn’t look like she did anything with your cuticles though.
