Nah, I wouldn’t trust it at all. I’d contact the seller to see if you can get a refund or something.

Skincare formulation can get contaminated during production, and whenever this is mold, a chunk of dirt that somehow made it through the production pipeline, or something like isolated bacterial growth, I would discard the entire bottle (and probably avoid the brand from there on.)
