How do you keep your stash?

Is anyone else very particular about their collection?

When I get a new polish I have a ritual for it. I'll put what I do below, but this feels extreme, even for me (which says something).

I tell myself I do this so I can decide on a shade with the swatch sticks, and easily locate the bottle. I purchased a clearance Helmer-like 5-drawer cabinet and keep all my polishes and accessories in it.

1. Label & swatch (2 coats + top)

2. Integrate the swatch among the others

3. Swatch a button tab for the top of the brush handle

4. Integrate the bottle in its proper place.
