hello!
I saved up and I am trying to do my own nails at home. I carefully followed multiple gel x tutorials. I am really shakey. I don’t like how the surrounding area of the nail looks. I tried to clean it off a lot. I don’t know why it looks so lumpy. You can see which parts are thicker. Any advice welcome please be nice I am trying my best and it’s my 2nd try.

Not bad at all for a second try. The lumps are just uncured gel that move before you hit the lamp. Thin layer of glue, flash cure, alcohol on a tiny brush to clean edges from curing. Shaky hands? Rest your pinky on something solid. You’ve got this.
