thoughts on this?? also- is yami reliable?

i found it on amazon (for like $22, lmfao) and people in the reviews were posting pictures of nasty shit that came out after using this.

personally, i just wanted to buy it for the flavor, so I didn't know what it was supposed to do other than protect teeth. i wasn't going to use it as my main line of defense, more so just a morning mouthwash.

but now that i've seen those reviews, my brain keeps linking back to those foot patches people put on the bottom of their feet at night. when they wake up, there's nasty stuff in the patch- which is really just foot sweat combining with a colorant in the patch.

anyway does anyone know the actual science behind what's going on in this mouthwash? and is yami a good place to buy from? because, i'm going to be honest, the price of cleaning products and toilet paper has gone through the roof where i live and it's cheaper on yami.
