Sheer nude or milky pink gel polish as the base, then use a olive green gel for the tips and blend it slightly for that soft ombré effect (a small sponge or ombré brush works great). The gold lines can be done with a metallic gold liner gel and a thin nail art brush, and the tiny stars just dotted on carefully with the same liner. Finish it off with a glossy top coat for that smooth, shiny finish.
