Skin type: Very dry

Skin concerns: Extreme dryness especially on the back of my neck (it gets flaky and itchy when I don’t moisturize enough), occasional redness/irritation from dryness, and general tightness after showering

Climate: Live in a pretty dry area

Current routine: Super simple right now. Gentle cleanser, quick toner if I feel like it, then lotion all over body

    Product: Illiyoon ato lotion

    Scent: Completely fragrance-free

    Texture: Lightweight

Length of use before review: 1 full month

I shared a quick one-week update on Illiyoon before because the skin on the back of my neck was so dry and itchy it was driving me crazy. That spot has always been my most sensitive area, so I started by focusing the cream there.

I ended up using it every day for a full month to see if it really held up over time. And honestly, I can say Illiyoon works really well as a body lotion for sensitive skin.

My skin is very dry overall, and when things get bad the itchiness and stinging can get pretty intense. The back of my neck was always the worst.

Even after that first week I noticed it calming down, but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just temporary. So I kept using it consistently, and I also started being more careful about rinsing shampoo and conditioner off my neck and scalp after seeing comments saying residue might be making things worse. On really bad nights I’d sometimes layer a tiny bit of Vaseline over the driest patches before bed, and that helped a lot too.

Now the skin on the back of my neck doesn’t feel tight or itchy the way it used to, and my whole body feels way more stable. What surprised me most is that even though I always thought of Illiyoon as more of a facial moisturizer, it’s more than hydrating enough to use as a body lotion for sensitive skin, even on bigger areas.

I totally get why so many people call it their holy grail. It’s become something I don’t want to run out of, and for anyone with sensitive skin I’d feel comfortable recommending it as a body lotion for sensitive skin long-term.
