Polish is Sally Hansen argan oil “pomegratitude”, topcoat is Sally Hansen miracle gel “shiny”.
A few seconds after applying the topcoat the colour changes from a pink/purple to a rose gold ish? I’ve never seen this happen before, I use primarily Sally Hansen polishes and always this topcoat and it’s never reacted like this before. Super interesting!
Pictured is the polish with topcoat on my nails, the polish without topcoat on the nail stick, and the polish with half topcoat on the nail stick.

YIKES 😬
Those are all 3 different colors 😭
Maybe reacting because it contains the argan oil?
I very vaguely remember that many years back there was a small trend (I think I remember Essence and China Glaze 🤔) with polishes that changed color after applying a special(?) topcoat.
EDIT: I wasn’t able to find the Essence ones (maybe I’m misremembering), but I found the ones from China Glaze, the line was called Tranzitions: http://www.scrangie.com/2013/01/china-glaze-tranzitions-color-changing.html?m=1
Maybe that particular Sally Hansen shade happens to have an ingredient/pigment that reacts in a similar way 🤔
Or it could be something similar to the problem that some people reported with purple holos and topcoat, = that something from the color polish bleeds into the topcoat and clouds the holo effect 🤔
