i couldn't find any mention of this no matter how much i googled, so i'm praying someone might know about this here – i placed an order for colored contact lenses on gemhour.com on january 4th. i received an email confirmation that said my order was expected to ship out sometime between the 5th and the 8th, but it's been nearly 3 weeks without any follow-up. i tried to reach out to them via email and their facebook messenger that was linked as 'contact support' – the email bounced back and their facebook page is also pretty dead. their korean site looks alive though and so does their instagram – i would reach out via instagram but i don't really use social media. :')
has anyone ordered from here recently to any success or know anything more about this? i'm a bit sad bc i was treating myself for the holidays and spent $100+. i also really like their lenses ;-; i guess i can make a throwaway account for instagram and try asking there, but i wanted to see if anyone else had this happen to them first : (
