Is the mask portion of the VT 300 2-step mask the same as the Cica-Exosome Moisture Mask?

Does anyone know if the sheet masks that come in the 300 2-Step Mask is the same as the Cica-Exosome Moisture Mask tub?

My face looooooves the sheet mask in the 2-step but I don’t want to keep buying these separately as I have the shots already and also $$!
