Hii, can someone share some opinions??
I live in Mediterranean climate, and have extremely combo type skin, super oily on my nose, okayish on forehead and during winter my cheeks tend to be more on the dry specter
My routine consists on double cleansing with skin1000 centella oil and arencia rosehip cleanser (PM) or water rinse (AM), needly daily toner pads, Anua heartleaf 70 soothing cream. For my daily sunscreen I haven’t been able to switch to AB yet (waiting on an order).
So far I’ve loved this routine on my face, feels brighter, plumper and more hydrated. My only issue is the t zone, specially the nose. I’ve tried switching things around, the sunscreen is definitely an issue for causing oilyness, however I can’t figure out what made it worse besides that, cus ive removed sunscreen to try and figure out what makes me so oily. I think it could be the toner pads, because I’ve noticed an increase in oilyness since introducing it, but I love the rest of the skin since using it. The moisturizer also probably isn’t the best for it, cus even without the pads I still feel it, when I didn’t feel it before. Or maybe it’s something else entirely.
Has anyone’s used these products and what was your skin’s reaction to them?? Or what has worked for you in improving you t-zone oilyness?
Thank you all so much <3

Hey my skin is dry-acne prone and I’ve been using cicaplast b5 baume every day since I was on accutane.. but I’ve told it’s too heavy for everyday use and that’s why I get bumps on my forehead and my undereye is darkened.
So I’ve been wondering if the Purito Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream is the solution? I’m just here to hear other’s experience. 🙂
– any recommendations will gladly be considered!
Dehydrated skin looking for help with hydration for my forehead :’) I’ve figured out my routine for the rest of my face but historically I’ve avoided doing anything to my forehead because when I use my skincare on my forehead, the next day it feels pretty greasy and unpleasant.
PM routine:
* Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Balm / isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser
* (Non-AB) The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution on nose and spots on forehead
* Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner
* Laneige Cream Skin Refiner (old formula) <- makes my forehead feel greasy the next day
* Mary & May Idebenone Blackberry Cream
AM routine (I only do this if my face feels tight): Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner or Laneige Cream Skin Refiner on my cheeks/nose
Currently, I’ve been trying to use the Haruharu toner on my whole face including forehead and it’s okay in terms of not feeling greasy, but I don’t think it’s really helping with the fine lines I’m seeing on my forehead. What can I do differently? Thank you!
Has anyone successfully minimized your enlarged pores & acne scars using retinol or retinal??
Hii, i need help with my skincare routine. Ever since i moved to Cali, i feel like my skin has gotten worse! my skin used to be smooth and now i have a lot of bumps maybe closed comedones mainly on my chin, sometimes on my cheeks, and forehead. i’ve been trying everything but it’s either not changed or gotten worse. right now im using Am: rinse face, corsrx toner, innisfree green tea serum, laneige water bank gel moisturizer PM: innisfree green tea foam face wash, corsrx toner, innis free green tea serum and then the etude soonjung barrier cream
i don’t have sunscreen in my routine because i’ve yet to find a sunscreen that doesn’t cause my closed comedones to pop up with more. i’ve even tried the skin 1004 water fit sunscreen and i love the way it feels but it break out a before i even get home to wash it off.
before i moved, i did use the innisfree line that my cousin gifted me from korea it was the oat mild moisture moisturizer and blueberry balancing toner and cleanser and i LOVED it but i cant find it anywhere anymore even online. my skin also worked well with the peter thomas roth water drench moisturizer but ive been trying to find more affordable skincare bc girly cannot be spending that much every time just for moisturizer.
im not sure if my skin has been acting up because of climate change cause i moved from central us to west or if its hormones or what. i’ve heard the water here is extra hard so that could be it idk.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the products I have are ok to use after a laser peel. It was erbium yag… but my derm didn’t recommend using Korean products, rather us/eu skincare. I’m in South America btw. Anyway, at home I have right now torriden balaceful cream, cosrx snail mucine essence, and another moisturizer that I think is kinda unknown. It’s called preange cica defense cream. I’ll add a picture. It’s a thick nice cream. Plus I also have a cerave oil control moisturizer. Of all these, which would be best for me to use? Since my face feels raw and I couldn’t buy what she recommended, it was way too expensive. And also! I already bought a whole routine worth of products from yesstyle, as for moisturizer I restocked up on torriden but my package won’t arrive until next week so don’t wanna spend on more products:(

Hellooo!!! I’m new to AB. I live in the part of Texas that’s hot and humid. I still have dry skin, especially on my T-zone (weird, right?). I’m almost 60. I have been using La Roche-Posay skincare. Was reading about Round Lab and was thinking about their Soybean Panthenol line. Any comments?
Edit: I also have extremely dry lips if y’all have any suggestions 😁
Could someone swatch the lilybyred Luv Beam Cheek Balm #12 (Hearty Pink Beige) and #03 (Mood Rose) together? It helps a lot to see two side by side rather than separate and I can’t find anyone who’s already done it. I’m deciding between the two!
Question for those who use lip masks overnight:
I usually use Aquaphor overnight on my lips because I’ve always thought it gets the job done, but I’m wondering if there’s room for improvement. I would consider upgrading to a different product if applying it overnight would lead to using less lip balm/chapstick during the day. Has anyone had experience with a product that achieves this? Right now I find myself applying lip balm about once every two hours.
Also, can someone explain to me why this got removed as a post? Some of the posts that passed actually seem more basic than my question, and most of the comments in this thread have no replies.
Does anyone have any more moisturizer/toner recs for oily, combo, acne skin? I have tried corsrx, haru haru rice toner, purito oat gel and they have all broken me out. Somehow the skin1004 blue sunscreen is okay and numbuzin #5 but needed some extra moisture. Also have tried vanicream. Wasn’t sure what to try next..
Does anyone have any alternative to the Pyungkang yul essence toner? I love it but it’s just so damn tiny, and I feel like it’s nothing special hydration wise? I go through it too quickly, so looking for something in a bigger bottle if possible.
Hi AB!
I’m a 21M starting a simple routine: Isntree Yam Root Milk Cleanser (AM/PM), moisturizer, and Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sun Serum (daytime). My skin is very dry and worsens in Ontario winters with low humidity, wind, and indoor heating. I’m not acne-prone, but I get occasional blemishes/closed comedones, likely from dryness and barrier issues.
I’m looking for a moisturizer. I considered Etude SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream, but reviews of the post-2023 reformulation mention it’s thinner, less hydrating, and sometimes irritating or pore-clogging. Aestura Atobarrier Cream seems great, but it’s out of my budget for twice-daily use.
Looking for recs for a rich, hydrating moisturizer that can handle dry Ontario winters, is gentle for sensitive-leaning skin, preferably comes in a larger size, and won’t worsen occasional blemishes.
Hii im having trouble picking a shade for Fwee’s egg fit or glass cushion (im considering using 1 of 2 of those too please do give me recommendations) – i cant go to the store because its 70 light years away from me, as well as i’ve got no time… if its alright can somebody help me colour match please-??

What is this style of lash cluster called? I’m looking to buy another set but I can’t remember what to search for 🥹

I’m going to Japan next week and I’ll be there for 15 days 🙂 I’ve researched sub very thoroughly and made long lists. But everything got very mixed up. So I decided to ask you about the “best” ones:
Note: I have dry/combination skin – prone to acne and blemishes, with comedones (mostly on forehead) and tending towards dryness.
What’s the your best,
– moisturizer (face and undereye) – non-comedogenic and non-occlusive
– serum or essence – non-comedogenic and non-occlusive
– sunscreen – non-comedogenic and non-occlusive
– and other best suggestions?
Thank you <3
