Please forgive all the mistakes; it's so shiny I barely care…
1x Nailtiques Formula 2 as base coat
1x Holo Taco One Coat Black (plus touch ups because I let these coats dry for several hours)
1x thin coat Holo Taco Magnetic Taco unmagnetised (will likely skip this step next time)
1x thick coat Holo Taco Magnetic Taco magnetized 2/3 mins
1x thick coat Sally Hanson Insta Dry top coat magnetized 2/3 mins
This is 24 hours later so has somewhat dispersed but I'm still happy. Was shooting for mirrorball nails for NYE.
Magnetized with 30lb horseshoe magnet over a frog tape case with a slot cut out so I could rest the magnet on top of the case whilst turning with my finger underneath the plastic. Lots of tweaks and improvements I can make next time, and I'm already revisiting my fun budget to make room for more magnetics…
Having attempted it myself, I'm also retroactively amazed by how dexterous and flexible some of your hands are, and how well you film clips!
