Slowly plowing through products (love and hate) and trying to stick to a no buy.
Sephora Blush Me cream blush – All Smiles. I’ve had this FOOOOREVER. but loved it. I was into cream blushes long before they were easy to find. Pretty sure this is discontinued.
Glossier Boy Brow Auburn. Great for when I had auburn hair. Blended well with my brown brows to convince you they were a natural auburn. I really like this formula but trying some others in brown to see if I can find a more affordable dupe.
Pat McGrath Sheer Color Balm, Blow Up and Flesh 3. The bullets broke easily. So I combined them into a pot together for a lip balm. Fine but nothing special or worth a high price point.
Moira Set & Correct Finishing Powder 200. This was a lovely pressed powder. WRP once I need a new pressed powder.
Covergirl Simply Ageless Cream Foundation 225 Buff Beige. I keep coming back to this. I try other foundations – cream and liquid- but always end up reaching for this or repurchasing. It works wonderfully with my normal to oily, 45 year old skin. Skin like and easy to apply. I need to just admit it’s my holy grail. Lol
Milani Make It Last setting spray. WNRP. Not a fan. Weird smell and not the best mister. Purchased in a pinch while traveling. I’ve gone back to my LA Girl Setting Spray.
Glow liquid eyeshadow. Decluttering. Creases terribly. Got in some subscription box.
Truly Pineapple Haze Lip Butter. From subscription box. Arrived with a weird texture. Grainy and gooey. I used it anyway. But wasn’t impressed.
Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask. So sad this is gone. And Bite is gone.
Aquaphor Healing Ointment. I prefer Cerave and no lanolin.
Cerave PM. No frills but I’m coming to realize it’s pretty damn good stuff. I try other lightweight nighttime moisturizers but always come back to this one.
Neutrogena Baby Sunscreen. Too thick for my liking.
Algenist Eye Renewal Balm. Been trying to find an eye cream for my very dry under eyes. This was not it.
Topicals Faded. I don’t think I used it consistently enough to see a difference. Smells bad but many of these types of products do.
Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser. Lovely cleaner. Not sure it’s with the high price tag.
Studio Makeup. Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I’ve decided I don’t need HA on its own. Watching Dr Shereen Idris I’ve taken her advice that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios Light Fluid Mineral Sunscreen. Big fan. Wears well under makeup. No white cast on me.
Pacifica Crystal Glow Shimmer Lotion. Terrible. This was a hate pan. It separated and was a strong, cloying smell. Lotion felt thin and watery – not moisturizing.
Nivea Cocoa Butter – not a fan. Feels like a film on the skin. I think I don’t mesh well with Cocoa Butter.
