Oh I’d like to know too. I was actually just looking on Chantecaille site and was thinking of Theresa because I associate them with her lol
I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s either her posting schedule, her cursing or her political views. She’s very pro-abortion, pro-LGBTQIA+ rights, anti-Trump, and has shared pro-Palestine posts on instagram stories. Those are all reasons I love her. Because YouTube is not her primary source of income, she works a regular job and so sometimes her posting schedule is erratic, but she has also pivoted to doing more unboxing videos and food reviews with her husband. I’m a big fan all of her content, even though I don’t care about blind boxes; I just love to see her get excited about something.
She might have been taken off a PR list or maybe she’s saying that the product didn’t irritate her skin and now it does.
I think it’s because she doesn’t like everything they do and has criticized them. Some brands want you to be honest when you get PR. I do not think they want that- they only want praise. I haven’t seen anything critical from someone receiving PR from them.
Didn’t Chantecaille get bought at some point in the last few years? I figured it was just new owners / new direction. I don’t think anything dramatic happened, but Theresa just being Theresa in her storytelling for entertainment purposes.
