I was perusing through the Costco beauty aisle and had to do a double take bc MediHeal Toner pads WITH refill were listed as only $9.97. That’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen it (and I was in Korea during the Olive Young biannual sale too).
I don’t see any prices online that come remotely close to this. Though I’m not one to encourage spending, I believe this is definitely a RUN, not walk, moment. 🙂
