got this as a free sample in 2023, it does look full but that's cause theres product is sticking to the sides but it's completely empty with a tinyyyy bit of product at the bottom
review: i think its an ok concealer , i used it as a brightening shade under my eyes but i didnt really like using it by its self since it was a bit drying and patchy ,, most of the time i mixed in with my foundation to make a perfect match and it worked well since the foundation thinned it out
