I find polishes with the big glitters like this one to be kinda gimmicky, i have better luck buying the individual big glitters from Glitter Unique than trying to fish it out of the bottle. You can get a lot of glitter for very cheap so i highly recommend trying them out

If there are mixing balls in the polish, try using a strong magnet to move the balls around to help free up the glitter.

Do you have a magnetic wand you can use to move the mixing ball around? Otherwise maybe try getting a toothpick in there to manually dislodge
