I’m looking into using Skinfood sunscreen so was wondering was anyone thought of it!
I’ve been having trouble with sunscreens lately (Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence and Missha Essence Sun Milk). I THINK it’s from the high alcohol content (2nd highest in Biore and 3rd highest in Missha), which really doesn’t agree with my skin. (2nd pic) They made my face really swollen and red and flaky. It was so painful I couldn’t even wash my face without being in pain 😭
So I’ve sought out some alcohol-free sunscreens to try out.
My skin type is dry/dehydrated but my nose is also prone to clogging. Please help, and any other recommendations is welcome too 🙏 I also have BOJ Relief Sunscreen but I’ve seen a lot of comments of it not working out for a lot of people so I’m kind of scared to try it as well 🙁

I used to use a lot of Skinfood products about 8 to 10 years ago since that was one of the brands easily accessible to me. One I used was their Peach(?) BB cream, which had SPF, and it was decent. I didn’t have any noticeable issues with dryness, sensitivity, or getting any sunburns. Also used their toner in another range, an icy cooling stick that was helpful in the hot summers, a moisturizing fluid, some face masks, even a few makeup products. That said, I don’t usually have major reactions to products, especially not back then.
Personally, I’d steer clear of Skinfood if you’re not sure your problem is only the high alcohol content. If you’ve got sensitive skin, something heavily scented like most of the Skinfood skincare products can aggravate it, just as alcohol-heavy formulas can.
