after years of press ons I'm on my natural nail healing and growing journey. my nails are naturally bendy, made worse by press ons, so I have an actually insane base coat combo to give them strength – they feel like builder gel honestly 😂
product list in the comments bc its long and I don't wanna mess up formatting

insane base combo for anyone curious (in order of application):
– Sally Hansen miracle growth (this is my first time trying it. next time I’m going to put it on 2nd instead of first as shes a bit thicker than I expected)
– Nailtiques 2
– Sally Hansen Repair & Rescue Super Strength Defense
before I added miracle growth the order was Nailtiques, repair & Rescue, then LA colors Crystal nail hardner. winning combo, tbh. felt great, looked great, and lasted at least a week (aka lasted until I changed it). I just wanted to test a nail growing treatment so one of those had to go hahaha – a 4 layer base wouldve been too much.
index, pinky & thumb are Cracked Situationship.
middle & ring finger are 2 thin coats of Glitch Lacquer Smokeshow (my brand) & 2 SUPER thin coats of Cirque Bitten Jelly. in hindsight I wish I had picked a more red red instead of purple red, but here we are. super lazy glass bead with a cylinder magnet.
I grabbed Holo Taco glossy taco as my top coat. im not sure why it bubbled on the 2 jelly nails. my apartment was super cold, or bc its just a lot of layers. I will say I never experienced that with Sally red bottle but its not the end of the world!
Turned out great! I’m so excited to try this!
