Shimmy Shake by Sassy Sauce. Looks especially glowy in low light. This one has shimmer as well as micro flakes, so it gets pretty foil like after a few coats. My technique is to swipe each coat a few extra times to make sure the flakies are sticking. 3 coats plus 1 coat of Vibrant Scents Fast & Hard.
