Does anyone recognize this scalp scaling tool?

Its from this [ASMR video](https://youtu.be/Z0Y4ATYwDko?si=nDvKvHf5wPGw_GEG&t=537) It was basically impossible to get a good screenshot but you can tell from the audio that it has hard plastic bristles. Does anyone know what this tool is called or where I can get one?
