It looks a lot closer to the shade I was trying to dupe when you can see the shimmers IRL or in video but it wouldn’t let me post a video so these pictures will have to do 😭🥲 I included the shade i was trying to dupe at the end, that was Coty “Blush” and that was a vintage 1970’s polish shown by Vintage Dusties 🙌🏽
Not sure if I’m required to list exactly everything that went into my frankenpolish but it was basically a base made of Essie Gilded Galaxy (thank you to the kind person who suggested I try that because that’s what sparked my idea to tweak it to make it look closer to the reference I was going for!!) – added in Essie Blush Jelly, a few drops of these random mauve and rust shades I had from sally Hansen, sheered it out with a super sheer red jelly I had lying around, and a TON of white mica shimmers.
I feel like it turned out pretty close so… pretty satisfied with my experiment 🤠
