I’m not a big fan of them visually but it’s been years so I wanted to give it a shot.

The process is so frustrating, especially on my right hand, but do you think it’s worth it?

💅 1 coat of ‘Base Coat’ by Hema

*(100% would recommend to use any base coat if you’re gonna work with a water based topcoat, otherwise you’ll get crazy textured nails)*

💅 2 layers of a white acrylic pen to draw the french tips

*(got it from aliexpress, any acrylic marker will work but try to get one with a thin tip)*

💅 1 coat of ‘Water Based Smear Free Top Coat’ by Emily de Molly

*(to make sure the french tips would not smudge)*

💅1 coat of ‘Active Shine’ by Manucurist

    *(to hide some imperfections)*

I love it!!! Classic French manis were very popular when I was in late high school and I’ve always loved the look!

They are YOUR nails. Yay if you like them! I think they look great on you! But if someone else does not like them… don’t get them. Except duck nails. Please don’t do that!

Yay! I just had a frenchie the previous week. It’s a style that will never die. I seriously did almost the exact same mani. I had Zoya shimmer as base and I have the same length and shape. If you have a stamper, the squishy head makes the French tip easy to apply. Just look it up. That’s the method I used. Only had to touch up the corners.
