I always have such a hard time deciding between cremes and shimmers. I finally did a mani where I painted both hands with the base crème color and then added a glitter topper on one of the hands so I could see the difference. It totally transformed it! Each hand is giving a very different vibe. Which do you like better?
Both hands have 1 coat of Morgan Taylor Stick With It base coat, 2 coats of OPI "Duomo Days, Isola Nights", top hand has an extra coat of Essie "Ethereal Escape" over that, and then both hands have 1 coat of Essie Gel Couture top coat.

Does Ethereal Escape look anything similar to HT’s Freezer Burn or Emily de Molly’s Key Drama? Does anyone have swatches or experiences to share? Thanks in advance for any help you can, hive mind!
Ohhhhh! I really have a soft spot for classic creams from Essie and OPI. But then when I read that the shimmer is an Essie topper (which I’ve been eyeing) OVER an OPI crème…man, i feel like it went from a girl on a lunch date with a girl friend who then went home, put on a dress and got done up to go to dinner and a show with her man. I can’t pick.
I normally am all about the shiny glitters but that creme is such a beautiful color
