What type of nails do I ask for?

I have very little knowledge about nails tbh.

I got my nails done once earlier in a salon and I did a single color dip powder (extended the length cause my natural nails are pretty short) and it cost about 60 dollars.

I saw this picture online and I absolutely love it and I want to get it done. I need suggestions on what type of nails I need to ask for (gel/dip/acrylic) and if it is possible to do the design .

Additionally if anyone knows of any affordable places in Dallas please let me know.
