Wow what a beautiful Polish! 1 coat KBShimmer Stay Put Hydrating Basecoat, 3 thin coats Lemming Lacquer Falling Down the Rabbit Hole, 1 coat KBShimmer Clearly on Top no Glitter Smoother needed. The Flakes are Beautiful in this I did have to add Polish Thinner though…but soo worth it!
