It paid off to be a polish girly today

My manager knows I have a lot of polish because I let my coworker borrow colors, and she asked if I could bring her a completely random one. So I brought Sassy Sauce Cock-a-doodle-doom and Emily de Molly See For Miles for her to try. To my surprise, she immediately started painting her nails at her desk…. then one of the dental assistants heard about it and she started painting her nails… then one of the dentists heard about it and took off her polish so she could paint hers… then another dentist got jealous so she painted hers too.

I’ve been home for a few hours and just got a text from my manager saying one of the dentists just kept running around showing off her nails all afternoon. I just loved how much joy it brought everyone doing this simple activity. I’ll take any bit of joy I can get these days.
