I had to de-saturate the crap out of the video to get the polish colour correct, so my hand looks kind of ghostly. But the nails are the right colour!
I was very excited and nervous to do my first glass bead mani. I started out using a 20-lb horseshoe magnet on a tiny lazy Susan for my right hand, but I dinged my fingers a few times getting them in and out, couldn't see where my nail was under the contraption, and then it started squeaking and wouldn't stop. Nails on a chalkboard squeaking. 😖 And the results were pretty diffused, almost like regular velvet. So for my left hand I just suspended the magnet from an elastic band and I liked the results much better!
