i don’t usually wear nails or get mine done so i don’t know if this is normal or if they should be cured all the way through?
obviously the top & bottom of the nails seem fine but along the chrome bit i can press on the nail and make dents & part of my thumb nail snapped off & it’s gooey inside ? is this okay bc obviously theyre not meant to be snapped or should i message the seller ?

    Definitely message the seller!!!

Every single layer should be 100% cured. Nothing should squish! Nothing should be gooey! That absolutely means undercured and means risk for acrylate allergy.

  2. I would absolutely message the seller! I hope they are receptive to feedback, because this is not out of the realm of possibility to be affecting the rest of their sets: dark colors like these can be very stubborn in curing, and have to absolutely be worked with in very thin layers!!

They should absolutely be fully cured. Idk how much you paid for these but I would be contacting the seller.

This is unfortunately common with black polish if they do a thick coat instead of multiple thin ones, very rookie mistake for a seller, definitely contact them for a return.
