When I use the 5D printed magnet, I put this big industrial strength magnet on top and gently spin. I twist the horseshoe but you could just use the edges of the 5D top as well to spin. I prefer using the horseshoe because I can grab on to it easier and less room for accidentally bumping a nail that’s already been done.

I also like prefer having the horseshoe magnet facing 10/5 on a clock (or in that neighborhood) when I’m doing the left hand and 2/8 (or in that neighborhood) when doing the right hand.

Products:

5D printed magnet, unknown strength of horseshoe magnet, base is nailtiques 2+ and KB Shimmer fillin groovy, polish is Cadillacquer Collapsing Clouds, Top is Holo Taco glossy taco topped with OPI mirror shine

This is so cool! I’ve never used a magnetic polish before, but you have me considering. How long do you spin the magnet on each finger and how long does it take for you to finish a mani on both hands?

What are the results from using the horseshoe 🧲 in addition to the 5D from Etsy? Would love to see 😀
