How to recreate this texture?

Hi guys, I accidentally created this texture by dropping the nail. But the thing is I forgot if I had cured it or not.

I used a patting gel and a dry brush to make the ridges. When I dropped it, it created the spikey texture but retained the ridges. It was so cool looking so I've tried to do it again but I can't seem to get it right!
