I’ve just been getting into nail polish this year and I’ll admit, it can be tricky finding colors and finishes that I want to wear out and about. I find as a cis man that many (if not most) shades and finishes just feel too feminine or flashy with my personal style, not to mention the struggle of figuring out my undertones etc. That said, I’ve found that some shades that tend to be controversial/unpopular, often falling in that pruggly camp, hit the nail right on the head for me! Bonus points for cirque’s olive jelly because it goes so well with my sweater today!
2x holo taco: quick dry base
2x cirque colors: olive Jelly
1x vibrant scents: fast & hard (lemon squares scent for anyone curious)
Anyway, shoutout to the men on here and pruggly enthusiasts! 🫂

not a man but as someone who loves pruglies and feels some polishes are “too much” for a lot of my outfits (esp muted/neutral or super casual ones), sometimes a matte top coat makes it work for me. something about playing with visual textures and blending, I think. might be worth a try before destashing, if you have any that allllmost work!Â
