I always love skittles on other people but haven’t ever liked the ones I’ve tried. This is the first one I’ll probably keep on for a few days. 🍂🍁🍃
If you have any skittle combo tips, I’d love to hear them. How do you choose colors???
Pinky to thumb: 2 coats each
OPI -That’s What Friends are Thor
BKL- I’m the only one who will love your sins
OPI- Endless Sun-ner
LynB- It’s a pyrite’s life for me
MC-Poison ivy (only needed one coat)
Base- KBshimmer fillin groovy

This is so freaking cute
This is a lovely skittle. Great colours.
When it comes to picking colours, I try out colours I’m thinking of using on my nail mat by doing a quick brush stroke of the polish.
Sometimes, I know I want the skittles to resemble something like autumn leaves so I pick out colours that match that. Other times, I want bright and happy so I’ll do five bright colours.
If I want a skittle, but I want the colours to be more cohesive then I’ll do a gradient skittle with five different shades of one colour such as brown going from dark to light. It’s all really personal preference and you’ll find what works for you.
I’ve also found that if the colours aren’t looking as good together as I hoped, then a glittery or shimmery topper on all the nails can pull it together.
