October was a busy month for me, but I managed to do so much, and I’m very proud of my progress. I was away for about 10 days of the month, and I didn’t want to take this palette with me, as the shadows are quite fragile. Thus, the numbers aren’t as crazy high as they could be, but all of the eyeshadows are getting used nonetheless.
I focused on Stolen Kiss and Garden, and found out they look wonderful when paired together. I also (unexpectedly!) hit pan on Garden on the 30th use, on the 23rd of October. Very happy about that, and I’m excited to see how much I can expand the pan.
The great thing about focusing on the shimmers that are left (as I know there is no chance of me finishing the mattes or even hitting pan in Rouge) is that for each, I have a lip product that complements them wonderfully. For Stolen Kiss, it is a warm mid-tone nude lip pencil and lip balm combination, and for Garden, it’s a mauve creamy lipstick. It’s so nice to have easy go-to combinations like that!
**Goal for October**
* focus eyeshadow: Garden – want to use at least x10
* This was quite challenging at the beginning. I found two ways to use this eyeshadow that make it more enjoyable: topping it with Stolen Kiss or with a shimmery eyeshadow that is similar to what Cupid looked like. I still prefer Stolen Kiss, but Garden isn’t *as* bad as I thought. It might be due to the weather and me feeling the darker eyeshadow “fits” autumn better than spring and summer.
**Uses this month and total uses this year in brackets:**
* Lovers x3 (78)
* Cupid – used up in September
* Bluff – used up in January
* Stolen Kiss x10 (70)
* Confession – used up in March
* Fragonard – used up in August
* Love Letter – used up in May
* Garden x11 (35)
* Rouge x0 (60)
**Goals for November:**
* focus eyeshadow: Stolen Kiss – want to use at least x10

This is *Happy Accidents*, a franken palette!
