Okay so I swatched all of my polish a few months ago. Have been storing them separately, they seem to develop this weird powder over time (wipes right off). Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice?
Me! I have been meaning to post and ask about this, either here or on the vintage sub. For me it has *only* happened with Revlon polishes, but with maybe eight or so polishes from several different eras and Revlon lines. No idea what or why though!
