Hi! I just wanted to share my first experiences painting my nails. I'm a guy so I was very nervous and self conscious, but I've gotten nothing but compliments about it 🙂 The first is LA Colors 'Mermaid Magic' in teal layered over LA Colors black. It was really surprising because it's bright blue on its own, but on black it turns a two tone dark blue or dark metallic green depending on the viewing angle.
The second is Sally Hansen's Purplexed. Purple is my favorite color and I love this shade.
Anyways, let me know what you think! What color should I do next? I'm been thinking about ordering something fancy from a site like ILNP, Holo Taco, Mooncat, etc… Any recommendations? I mostly like darker colors, but I'm open to experimentation. Purples and greens are definitely my favorite at the moment.
