Who remembers those classic 90's elementary school Halloween parties where the PTA would make punch with grape "eyeballs" in it? Let's all go back there, things were simpler (and cheaper 😝) I wanted to channel that weird googly eyeball vibe, toss in a few fun Halloween colors along with normal ones, play around with shading and BAM, we have a mani that looks like some Halloween fabric you'd get at JoAnn's to make your trick or treat bag out of in 1998 and I love it.
