Please help me figure out who I’m looking for I’m going crazy

There’s a creator TikTok(possibly also Instagram), that has come across my FYP here and there. They aren’t appearing in any of my history so I can’t find them there.
Here is what I know/think to be accurate:
– I believe them to be female, I apologize that I do not know their chosen pronouns and mean no offense.
-I have some reason to believe the creator is a Mac Creator, just from how she discussed Mac in the past.
-I believe her to be from Toronto
-she has a blonde short mullet-type hairstyle similar to the one in the picture, just more blonde and pushed down more on the head
-fair skinned
-Currently still posting (I saw her briefly appear in a reposted Lightwork VII story reel but she was not tagged)
