What nail art technique used

I was curious how artists are able to achieve this effect, with the purple verticle highlight? Perhaps a polish? Chrome powder? Magnetic polish? I really like the idea of the purple highlight around the spider and near the rhinestones in the second picture. Thank you for any help 😊
