Cuticula Dragon Glass 🐉

This is Cuticula Dragon Glass from the Polish Pickup Rewind July 2022. I don’t know when it first debuted. Black jelly with a rainbow of flakes. I was a sucker for a black background and rainbow designs. I have been ever since scribbling black crayon over other colors and using scissors to reveal a design (today that comes as an activity called scratch boards).

Four coats to give depth. Two is just too flimsy to my eyes. Sealed in with Sally Hansen Mega Gel top coat.
