This is the Shiseido SYNCHRO SKIN SELF-REFRESHING Custom Finish Powder Foundation in 240. I’ve had it for many, many years (around 10?). I would say it’s just a powder 🤷♀️ would not repurchase given the high price tag. by vrmmmmm
